PROJECT ESTIMATE
You’ll get an itemized estimate with clear breakdowns for labor and materials—no guesswork or surprises. Estimates are valid for 30 days, so there’s no pressure to decide right away.

 

PROJECT SCHEDULING

When you're ready to move forward, we’ll work with you to build a project schedule that fits your availability and priorities. We’ll coordinate timing, communicate clearly throughout, and make sure everything is aligned before work begins.

PROJECT START
Our team will arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time and notify you of any delays. We’ll introduce ourselves, outline the day’s plan, prep the work area, and get started. If anything unexpected comes up, we’ll talk it through with you. No additional work will be done without your consent—unless it’s essential for safety.​

 

WALKTHROUGH

Once the project is finished, we’ll clean up the work area and walk through everything with you to ensure it meets your expectations. When you're satisfied, we’ll wrap up—and you can start enjoying your improved space!​

 

FINAL PAYMENT
Within a week of completion, you’ll receive an itemized invoice that mirrors your original estimate for easy comparison. Payment is due within 30 days unless a payment plan was arranged.
